Your member card
Your digital member card lives in the app and in your phone's wallet. Show it for priority entrance and member perks.
Updated 25 October 2026
Every member has a digital member card with their name, plan and member number. Find it in the app and on My member card on the website, with Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet buttons.
What it is for:
- Priority entrance: at venues that allow it, members enter through a priority lane before the general queue. Show the card with your ticket.
- Meet & Greet and other member moments, where the staff check membership at the door.
- Proof of membership whenever a partner offers something to our members.
The card updates by itself when your plan changes, and stops working when the membership ends.
