The members' pre-sale
Members see new shows first and buy during a 24-hour pre-sale, at early-booking prices where the organiser offers them.
Updated 25 October 2026
New shows go on sale to members 24 hours before everyone else. While you are signed in with an active membership, pre-sale shows appear at the top of the home page and in the app, with a Get tickets button that already works.
- Pre-sale prices are the early-booking prices, where the show has them.
- There is no code to enter: being signed in is enough. Buy with the email of your account.
- The app sends a notification when a pre-sale opens, if notifications are on.
- Pre-sale tickets are normal tickets, delivered by the seller like any other.
All plans include the pre-sale. Join on Membership.
