How points work
Members earn 100 or 150 points for every paid ticket bought with the email of their account. Points last 12 months.
Updated 25 October 2026
Points are a member benefit: only active members earn them.
- How many: Fan members earn 100 points per ticket, Superfan and Legend members 150. Free, complimentary and invitation tickets earn nothing.
- Which tickets: tickets bought through iaBilet and tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk, when the order uses the same email as your Enjoy Events account. That is how we match the order to you. Points from an iaBilet order appear in your account shortly after the purchase.
- Where to see them: on Rewards and in the app, with every earn and spend listed.
- What they are for: 500 points buy a free general admission ticket. See A free ticket for 500 points.
- How long they last: 12 months from the day they are earned. When a membership ends, the remaining points expire at the end of the paid period.
Bought with another email? Contact us with the order number and we link the order to your account, so the points are credited.
