Refunds for tickets bought on enjoyevents.uk
Ask from the ticket page in your account, within the window the event page gives. We refund to the card you paid with.

This article is about tickets paid on enjoyevents.uk: our own checkout, seats chosen on our plan, or gift card tickets. For iaBilet orders read Can I get a refund?.
Each show states its refund rule on the event page. Unless the page says otherwise, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event, and not after that.
How to ask:
- Sign in and open My tickets.
- Open the ticket and press Request a refund.
- Choose the reason and send. You can ask for each ticket of an order separately.
We review the request and, when it is within the rule, refund to the card you paid with. Card refunds take a few working days to show. Cancelled shows are refunded without a request.
Payments made with a gift card go back onto the gift card balance.
