Write to us through the contact form or by email. For a technical problem with the site or the app, report it as a support case.

- Questions about a show, a ticket, membership or gift cards: use the contact form or write to office@enjoyevents.uk. Tell us the show, the email you bought with and your order number, so we can help straight away.
- Something broken on the website or in the app: report a problem. You get a reference and we reply by email.
- Tickets bought on iaBilet: for resending tickets or changing the email on an order, iaBilet's support is fastest, with your order number.
- Sponsorship and partnerships: Become a sponsor.
- Press and bookings: office@enjoyevents.uk.
We answer in Romanian or English, usually within one working day. On show days the team is at the venue and answers may take longer.
