I can no longer go
Tickets are not refundable, but you can give yours to a friend. Never pay more than face value for someone else's ticket.
Updated 25 October 2026
Tickets are not refunded for a change of plans, so the usual way out is to pass your ticket to someone else.
Giving your ticket to a friend
For most of our shows the ticket is scanned, not the name: whoever shows the QR code gets in. Send your friend the PDF or forward the tickets email. Each QR code works once, so delete your copy and never share it with more than one person.
If the event page says that photo ID matching the name on the ticket is required, ask the seller to change the name before the show.
Selling
We do not run a resale service. If you sell your ticket, sell it at face value or less, and only to someone you know. Tickets offered above face value on resale sites or social media may be cancelled, and we cannot help the buyers of such tickets.
Memberships
A membership stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew once cancelled: see Cancelling or changing your membership.
