Signing in and forgotten passwords
Sign in with your email or phone and password, or with Google or Apple. Reset a forgotten password by email.

Sign in on Log in with the email or phone number of your account and your password, or with the Google or Apple button if you created the account that way.
Forgotten password
Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page, type your email and follow the code or link we send you to choose a new password. Check spam if nothing arrives within a few minutes, and make sure you typed the email of the account.
Signed in with Google or Apple before?
Use the same button again. An Apple account created with "Hide my email" has a private relay address: sign in with Apple, not with a password.
Two accounts?
If you have an account with your email and another with Google or Apple, contact us and we merge them, so points and tickets end up in one place.
